On Wednesday afternoon the AHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, announced that star prospect Samu Tuomaala was selected to the 2024 AHL All-Star game. With another Flyers prospect flourishing, it's only a matter of time before Flyers fans see these young studs in the orange and black.

Tuomaala has been lighting it up in the AHL and was able to share the special moment of being named in All-Star in front of his whole team. Tuomaala's most recent electrifying moment came on January 6 where he scored the game winning goal in overtime for the Phantoms as he is up to ten goals on the year.
In 33 games played, Tuomaala leads his team with 27 points on 17 assists and 10 goals. The 21-year-old has been turning heads since summer camp and his All-Star debut will only make the anticipation for the Finnish winger even more. Tuomaala was drafted in the second round, 46th overall, in the 2021 NHL Draft. Flyers fans could see Tuomaala by the end of this season.
