A Western Conference Team is reportedly interested in James Van Riemsdyk

It's not a secret that the Flyers' GM is trying to look a trade partner in the James Van Riemsdyk sweepstakes. He has a big cap hit, but it doesn't mean that some teams aren't interested in the services of the 33 year old veteran.

According to David Pagnotta, the Seattle Kraken are believed to have an interest in James Van Riemsdyk.

After a disappointing first season, the Kraken are looking to make some big moves. It has been reported that the team wanted to make a big splash in free agency. In the case of JVR, he could bring some offense alongside good veteran qualities.
