The Battle of Pennsylvania in the NHL is always a testy one. When the Flyers in the Penguins meet fans from both sides always jeer one another and get the atmosphere going. Tonight was no different when the Flyers went down the Interstate to play the Penguins.
During the first period, Travis Sanheim was very close to Sidney Crosby when Crosby received the puck, and Crosby fell over Sanheim's leg which ended up being a tripping penalty for two minutes.
Safe to say many of the Flyers fans in the crowd were not pleased with the call including head coach John Tortorella. With Sanheim in the box, His choice of words was less than desirable for the camera.

That terrible penalty ended up costing the Flyers a goal and putting up the Penguins 2-0. In the end, the Flyers lost the game 4-2 and Flyers fans left the arena with a bad taste in their mouth.
The Flyers will be on the road to play the St Louis Blues. Game time will be at 8:00 PM eastern
