Yesterday, GM Chuck Fletcher said that the organisation will take as much as time they'll need in the case of Cam York and Morgan Frost. The two Flyers prospect weren't recalled by the big club after the All-Star break.
Fletcher thought that it was better for the two players to continue their development at the AHL level.
Last night, Lehigh Valley played against the Hershey Bears, and the least we can say is that it didn't go well for both of them. In the case of Morgan Frost, he didn't play because of illness (not COVID-19 related).
Cam York did indeed play, but his night ended pretty fast. The youngster suffered an injury after a hit in the middle of the first period.

He did return for a shift, but he wasn't on the bench for the rest of the game.
Also, swedish prospect Linus Sandin didn't return to the game after an injury.
We'll see where things go, but it's certainly not a good news for the two players...
