The name that seems to be catching attention is Russian winger Matvei Michkov. Michkov is slated to go as high as #3 and as low as #10 due to factors with his status as a player but the KHL, his home nation and What teams want him.
According to David Pagnotta, the Flyers and the Capitals currently have their eyes on this forward and with good reason. Aside from his status, he is touted as the next Alexander Ovechkin. Any team would want him on their offensive line due to his skill set, speed, and shot.

The drawbacks to him are, being signed to the KHL for three more years with no guarantee that he will sign with the NHL team that selects him. The drafting team will need to wait until he can come over with the current war in Ukraine, it remains if he will be allowed to leave the country.
Since there are so many generational talents available between numbers one through 10 with the Flyers currently looking to move multiple players off their roster., It's safe to say that a player like Michkov would fit well within their Offence.
It will be a wild ride over the next 72 hours as trades, the draft will send fans on a roller coaster.
