The Philadelphia Flyers General Manager Chuck Fletcher has made it clear the team's open for business. They currently sit 7th in the Metropolitan Division with a 16-18-7 record and just 7 points up the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Fletcher seems to be attempting to try and shape out the Flyers future, stating he will entertain any deal that benefits the Flyers future.
In fact according to Anthony Di Marco of the Fourth Period and NHL radio, the Flyers General Manager has been listening and discussing offers on the Flyers star player Travis Konecny. Konecny is having a great year despite the team's ranking. Konecny was snubbed from the all-star team selection by the NHL but would fetch Fletcher a nice return if the Flyers indeed trade Konecny by March 3rd.
