Some Flyers fans had mixed feelings whenevr Chuck Fletcher decided to trade away Shayne Gostisbehere, alongside a draft pick to the Arizona Coyotes for literally nothing in return.

The Flyers used ghost as a ''cap dump'', but then proceeded to sign Rasmus Ristolainen, who'll likely be a player that gets their cap dumped later on into his time in Philadelphia due to his $5.1 million salary contract that'll last until the end of the 2028 season..
Shayne Gostisbehere is still with the Arizona Coyotes and is greatly excelling in the point category, ranking top-10 amongst NHL defensemen in the point category, despite being on a bottom-feeding team, the Arizona Coyotes.
Good news for Gostisbehere was revealed a few weeks back, and that was he was officially being shopped on the market by the Coyotes, in hopes to send ''Ghost'' to a contender in need of a left-shot defensemen, but sadly for Ghost, that likely will not be happening any more..

Shayne Gostisbehere will now be out for a minimum of four weeks and possibly six weeks or longer due to an upper-body injury, suffered last Tuesday when the Coyotes faced off against the Anaheim Ducks. This will take a significant toll on his trade value as he will may not even be back by the march 3rd trade deadline, leaving teams unsure if he is fully recovered and back to his old self.
Shayne Gostisbehere is expected to miss 4 to 6 weeks with an upper-body injury suffered in Tuesday's loss to the Anaheim Ducks.
The injury occurred 5 1/2 weeks before the March 3 trade deadline.
