St. Louis Blues' General Manager Doug Armstrong revealed today that Isaac Ratcliffe, the forward, will have a professional tryout with the team.
At the age of 24, Ratcliffe's past season saw him playing for both the Lehigh Valley Phantoms and Milwaukee Admirals in the AHL. He managed to secure 20 points (with six goals and 14 assists) and accumulated 68 penalty minutes across 47 regular-season games.
Though Ratcliffe, hailing from London, Ontario, has competed in just 10 NHL regular-season games with the Philadelphia Flyers, he made a mark by contributing four points, including one goal and three assists.
Having been selected by the Flyers in the second round of the 2017 NHL Draft, Ratcliffe's impressive stature of 6'6" and 200 lbs presents a formidable presence on the ice. While he's yet to fully unleash his potential in the NHL, this stint with the St. Louis Blues could provide the opportunity he needs to shine.
