BREAKING: Gary Bettman to Make a Huge Public Announcement Today?

When it comes to the NHL's Commissioner Gary Bettman, most of the hockey world could care less about him. Especially hockey fans in Canada who Bettman tends to ignore for his American team's despite their status, such as the Arizona Coyotes, who should of been relocated numerous times over.
The NHL Commissioner will be in attendance tonight in Montreal for the game between the Montreal Canadiens and rival Boston Bruins in the Bell Centre.
However what's interesting is Bettman is suppose to meet with the media ahead of the game at 5:30 pm eastern time, many stating this may be a huge announcement.
This was revealed by Hockey Insider David Pagnotta, we don't know the reasoning for the media attention at the set time of 5:30, but it could possibly be about the salary cap or what many fans or an outdoor game announcement.

The Bruins have recently had outdoor games, New Years day vs the Pittsburgh Penguins from Fenway Park and back in 2020, where they played on Lake Tahoe vs The Colorado Avalanche... so an outdoor game doesn't make much sense..
This is all just speculation until we hear from Bettman himself, take this with a grain of salt but we're crossing our fingers for some huge news..
