Ryan Reaves, one of the toughest players in the NHL, is set to hit the free agent market.
His agent, Kevin Epp, has confirmed that Reaves will become a free agent tomorrow at 11 CT. This news comes as a disappointment to Minnesota Wild GM Bill Guerin, who would have loved to have Reaves back on the team.
However, due to the current tight cap space, it seems unlikely that the Wild will be able to retain him. Reaves is not only known for his physicality on the ice, but also for being a popular player among his teammates and reporters alike.
