NHL expansion has became a hot topic as of late with the financial success of the Vegas Golden Knights and Seattle Kraken, it has hockey fans buzzing about who's next?
Unfortunately for Canada, once again getting shafted with Hockey Insider Kevin Weekes sharing the news that the NHL is considering two new teams from the cities of Houston and Atlanta.
However it seems that there if there is expansion of any sort is still got ways to go before any new teams will be joining, as of now Gary Bettman has not spoken about the possibility of two new expansion teams, but deputy commissioner Billy Daly has said:
"It's not a priority right now, but it's true that Houston and Atlanta have shown interest."
