Breaking: Canucks Officially Move On From Boudreau and Announce New Staff
Early this morning, the Canucks released a statement officially moving on from former head coach Bruce Boudreau.
Boudreau was sent off in emotional fashion last night being serenaded by the Canucks faithful chanting "Bruce there it is". Every single player in the locker room also went into Boudreau's office to shake his hand and share some kind words before leaving the arena.
Boudreau will be replaced by Rick Tocchet and assistant coach Trent Cull will be replaced by Adam Foote. Tocchet has coached the Arizona Coyotes, Colorado Avalanche, and Pittsburgh Penguins in his career. He will have some big shoes to fill in Vancouver as he looks to right the ship.
