Chuck Fletcher detailed his plan for this offseason

However, one of the most important things for Fletcher and the organization moving forward is what is he going to do this offseason to improve his team.

The Flyers' GM explained that, for him, an "aggressive retool" is a combination of multiple factors. He said that it has already begun by acquiring players like Tippett and Draft picks. Fletcher said that they will look into all areas and that it will be a combination of win-now moves and looking to the future moves. He compared this year's offseason like the one in 2019.

The return of Ryan Ellis and Sean Couturier will also help a lot because the former is considered as the club's first defenseman, and the latter as the possible next captain and number 1 centerman.
