Chuck Fletcher had some worrying comments regarding Ryan Ellis

"Yeah, I mean there's been concern for a while. He's made progress. He very well could be ready early, but there's certainly a chance that it could drive into the season (...) There's no reason the two of them can't play on the same D corps, but in my opinion we're very thin on the right side and we are thin in terms of players that can manage the puck can move the puck well. Anthony will bring those elements, and if Ryan's able to get back in the near future, then I think we've got a pretty strong defense," said Fletcher.
