Defenseman Placed on Ventilator in ICU after severe illness
The University of Michigan hockey team has been hit a pretty serious virus, which seems to effect that respiratory system.
Over the last few weeks, many members of the team have had to miss some time while dealing with the illness.
Unfortunately for junior defenseman, Steven Holtz, he has actually been placed in the hospital due to this virus.
Holtz is currently in the ICU and has been placed on a ventilator.

Hopefully the situation doesn't worsen and Holtz is able to leave the ICU in the near future.
There are no further updates at this time.
