Flashback: The Dog did what on the ice?
One memory that seemed to have left a "Stink" on fans' minds is the great Philadelphia Police dog and what was done on center ice. Shout out to all our boys, woman and dogs in blue.
The Flyers had just announced the firing of head coach Alain Vigneault and assistant Michel Therrien�marking a new chapter in this weird sick world of Philadelphia hockey. The team was heading for disaster and why not put the "cherry on the top".

It's not often you can find the perfect metaphor for something. Well, think again. The awful season in the Wells Fargo Center last year was exactly that.

The Team had done a photo op to "salute them" and of course, the dogs were as cute as a button, or more. So cute the one little pup decided to tell the team and organization EXACTLY how he felt. By dropping a big, nasty, pile of dump on the center ice logo. Drops the bad boy and keeps it moving. Give that guy a raise.
Just letting a big one loose right in the perfect spot, directly on top of the logo that no doubt those hockey purists out there would be flipping their shit (pun intended) about.
The Flyers season was already headed for disaster and to add to the mixture. A stinky poo was dropped on the logo- metaphor at its finest.
