The Flyers are in desperate need of sold offence after a poor 2022-23 campaign.
Former Flyer's General Manager Ron Hextall drafted some great pieces in the latter part of the draft one being Bryce Brodzinski, who was drafted by Chuck Fletcher in the 7th round of the 2019 NHL Draft. Hextall scouted Brodzinski when he was in high school, Brodzinski even mentioned in an interview that Hextall would come watch him grow «Hextall used to come to my games and watch me play,»
Following the draft, Bryce Brodzinski chose to stay at home. Playing at the University of Minnesota. After completing his first season with the Golden Gophers Men's team, Brodzinski scored seven goals, and five assists for a total of 12 points in 37 games played. Solid numbers for a freshman, as he continues to improve every year.
The 22-year-old accumulated 19 goals and 12 assists in the NCAA League for the Golden Gophers in his Senior season.

News came out Saturday, that the Flyers prospect would be returning for his 5th year due to the Covid season in 2020-21.
Flyers' Bill Meltzer tweeted out Saturday, saying that the Flyers will still be holding onto Brodzinski'z rights for an additional season because of the NCAA's allowance for a 5th year due to the effect that COVID had on the 2020-21 season.
Expect the Flyers to sign him coming next summer, where Bryan Brodzinski may crack the roster.
