As the Flyers press on their evaluation of their team and begin the tearing down, numerous players will be brought into the rumour mill as to where they would go in the off-season and into next season.

Kevin Hayes's name has been the top name to move as he would likely garner some interest and would be helpful to move with his $7.1 million cap hit. However, another name has entered circulation which is Flyers forward, Joel Farabee.
The 23-year-old left winger had a somewhat down year in his statistics. He played a full season of 82 games where he scored fifteen goals, along with 24 assists for 39 points. He was a - 1 along with 41 penalty minutes.

But with those kinds of numbers, the expectation is to do more since he holds a $5 million cap hit till the 2027 - 2028 season. The other issue is that Farabee did not have a proper centerman to help him bolster his numbers and it's hard to say whether this is just a blip on the radar or a trend that will continue to worsen.
Farabee would garner some interest from some teams as he would be a scoring forward and holds a decent size of 6 feet and 183 pounds. He was drafted in the 2018 NHL draft and the first-round 14th pick overall.
We will see if he will be moved in the offseason or retained for the rebuilding phase to help bolster his numbers.
