The Flyers continue to shoot themselves in the foot with ill timed mental lapses. A poor line change, missed assignments in front of Hart, puck management issues and a slow start against a weak Blue Jackets team, all compiled on Tuesday night.
The Flyers will have to play their most complete game of the year against the Bruins on Thursday. The Bruins will be rested, having not played since Sunday, and top the league with a 14 and 2 record.
