That could be an interesting option for the Flyers.

Of course, there's no way that a team will sign him long term, but on a "show me" deal, it could be interesting. The Ottawa Senators have announced today that they had bought out forward Colin White, who was their first round pick (21st overall) in 2015.
White had three seasons remaining on his contract that had a cap hit of 4.75M$. In 2018-19, White registered 41 points in 71 games. He then played a 130 games, registering 51 points.
Let's not forget that he was injured for a very long time too.
