Todd Fedoruk, the former flyer who spent seven seasons with the team and was drafted 164th overall in the 1997 NHL Entry Draft was on the Nasty Knuckles podcast.

He explained his viewpoints regarding the major changes the Flyers have done over the past number of weeks which include the hiring of new president Keith Jones who happened to be a former Flyer alumnus, John Tortorella as head coach and general manager Daniel Briere, another former Flyer who recently received the full blessing to hold the job.
Fedoruk feels that Jonesy will be an excellent addition to the team as he has a wide scope with former players, other general managers and many NHL executives that can help build this team up.
He also feels that head coach John Tortorella will give that swagger he mentioned that will now bleed through the team as new players will enter the lineup either through draft choices or free agency and trade.
It remains to see if Jonesy can fulfill his role and give the Flyers a new look that they so desperately need as they are trying to move as fast as possible away from the Chuck Fletcher era.
