Darry Sutter has developed quite the persona while coaching in the NHL for the past 35 years, yes, 35 years.. Sutter's coaching career began with the Chicago Blackhawks in 1987, and is still going on today, while he is coaching the Calgary Flames.
Sutter, alongside every Flames fan sat back this off-season and witnessed their team falling apart with the departures of their two top point producers Johnny Gaudreau and Matthew Tkachuk, until the Flames made a big splash, acquiring Jonathan Huberdeau and McKenzie Weegar, and also signing forward Nazem Kadri who is coming off a Stanley Cup victory year.
Speaking about Jonathan Huberdeau, the newest Flames star. Huberdeau was absent throughout the game during the battle of Alberta game between the Oilers and Flames on Saturday, and many wondered if it may have been due to a injury.
