He's not a wizard, but he can literally transform a team. Before arriving behind the Islanders bench, the team's defense was one of the worst in the league. Everything changed when he was appointed : even though the front office didn't make any major changes on their defense, they became one of the best defensive teams in the league.

It says a lot about Trotz.
