IIHF World Championship: Flyers Players Score 2 Big Goals For Their Countries

Multiple Flyers, are representing their countries at the IIHF World Championships. Scott Laughton (CAN), Roonie Attard (USA), and Flyers No. 1 prospect, Cutter Gauthier (USA).

On Friday morning, Team USA faced off against Team Finland. As Cutter Gauthier waisted no time, as in the 2nd period in a 1-0 game. Gauthier, with a far-side snipe through traffic with Carter Mazur driving the net to cause some trouble in front.
As well, later Friday morning. Team Canada battled against Team Latvia. Flyers' Scott Laughton and Assistant Captain of Team Canada, scored to improve his Canada's lead to 2-0 with some incredible hand-eye coordination. Tipping a shot from Mackenzie Weegar, into the net.
Both Team USA and Team Canada, came out on top in their games. USA (Group A), beat Finland 4-1 with a dominate 3rd period. As Canada (Group B) trampled Latvia 6-0.
