Insanely Massive Hockey Hit Drawing a Large Debate: Was it Clean or Dirty?
Sadly we are experiencing some of our last few weeks without the National Hockey League being back- it has surely felt like forever! The one thing that is back, is school! Which for most can be quite disappointing, unless you play high school or post-education sports.
In todays case its high school hockey, and its back! There is already tons of controversy being started after the famous podcast Spittin Chicklets uploaded this video containing a massive high-school hockey hit- the issue? It is hard to tell if it is a fully clean hit or not, and people are going at each others throats in the Twitter feed debating!
So, you be the judge-clean hit or no?
My personal opinion is that the player sadly got caught with his head down, and when being in a vulnerable position like-so when skating towards the net you always have to remember one of the biggest fundamentals about hockey- keep that head up!
