Despite the team's hard work with Captain's Practices leading up to the regular season, the Edmonton Oilers appeared to lack chemistry early on.

Kris Knoblauch, their new head coach, has only recently been able to put together some wins.
The Edmonton Oilers may want to consider a different team-building activity, according to one veteran player.

He suggests the Edmonton Oilers and Connor McDavid get smashed and build team bonds by drinking together.
When you were in college, you knew how great it was to let off some steam with some music, some beer, and your best friends.
Damn right!
. Beer and the drinking thereof are ingrained in Czech culture, society and history. So much so, that the beer industry is considered a part of the national heritage. As another proverb states,"Kde se pivo vař, tam se dobře dař" (Where beer is brewed, they have it good - it sounds much better in Czech :). The first beer-brewing textbook was written here in the 18th century by Frantiek Ondřej Poupě, who also instituted the use of thermometers and other measuring instruments in beer brewing.

In short, it's no different from what Voracek suggests, and if it's a matter of chemistry, knocking back a few beers while getting to know the new players better is a great way to make that happen.
Considering how important beer culture is in Czechia, which is considered a national heritage, this solution makes sense for someone like Voracek.
Even so, you'd hope that the Captain would eventually find a way and should consider Voracek's sage advice?
