It was a very rough Sunday Night for the Philadelphia Flyers. As one of the basement team's in the League they faced off against one of the best teams, the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The Leafs school'ed the Flyers embarrassing them 6-2, but the biggest story from this one was the benching of Flyers defenceman Tony DeAngelo.
In a 6-2 game there wasn't any Flyers that stood out, but DeAngelo unfortunately had a couple turnovers that pissed off Flyers Head Coach John Tortorella who would bench DeAngelo for basically the entire 2nd period, only playing 32 seconds, and the 3rd period he did not play at all.
