John Tortorella Has Sent a Personal Written Letter to Flyers Fans and it Proves Chuck Fletcher isn't taking accountability

Not because of he's a bad Coach or anything, he's very good at his job. It was more about how he coaches and the way he can treat his players, just ask Pierre Luc-Dubois. So many wondered with the Flyers rebuilding - retooling how Tortorella would be in Philadelphia.

So far Tortorella has been great for this young Flyers roster and has litten a fire underneath many. The Flyers season has gone as most expected sitting 7th in the Metropolitan Division with a 21-21-9 record its been pretty painful.

Today John Tortorella sent a letter out to the Philadelphia Flyers season ticket holders, giving his view on the state of the team and where he believes they're heading.

Think about that.. a coach sending a letter and not the teams manager, it really goes to show.

I personally feel it's time the Flyers find a replacement for General Manager Chuck Fletcher. Since he's taken control of this franchise we've seen the playoffs once, and many Flyers fans feel this team is worse off over the previous regime as with Fletcher.
