It was a memorable weekend for Philadelphia Flyers forward Kevin Hayes. Despite the Flyers having a miserable season, Hayes has had a solid year statistics wise.
The 30 year-old has 15 goals and 30 assists this season and was selected to represent the Flyers at this past weekend's NHL All-Star Game, representing the Metropolitan Division.
Hayes mentioned about how his brother Jimmy told him,
"You're going to be a All-Star one day."

During the weekend Hayes was asked about who he was most excited to see play and Hayes said "Connor McDavid."
Hayes also had some huge praise for the Oilers Captain saying:
"I think he's the best player to ever play. No disrespect to Wayne Gretzky, but I don't think anyone will ever be as good as McDavid."
- Kevin Hayes
That's a huge compliment from Hayes, but a lot of us said when we saw Gretzky play we didn't think there will be anyone better, but here we are. There's also another Connor that looks like he's going to be something special and that's Connor Bedard.
