Kevin Hayes Points Fingers at John Tortorella For His Struggles
Philadelphia Flyers forward Kevin Hayes recently spoke out about his struggles in the second half of the season and pointed fingers at his head coach, John Tortorella. Hayes claimed that a lineup decision resulted in his lack of production.
Hayes was an All-Star at the beginning of the season but saw a decline in his performance in the second half. In a recent interview, Hayes stated, "I wasn't given the same opportunity to play with certain players as I was at the start."
This is not the first time Tortorella has been criticized for his lineup decisions, but it remains to be seen if the claims made by Hayes are valid. Nonetheless, it is clear that the Flyers will need to address their lineup issues if they want to improve their overall performance next season.
