Flyers fans had tonight's game circled as it was the home opener for this year's season. Wells Fargo Center was packed, and the fans were geared up for a great game as the Vancouver Canucks visited the home team.
These two teams don't meet too often; however, it was a spirited game nonetheless. With 14 minutes left in the third period, an offside was called, and Sam Lafferty, who was newly acquired from the Toronto Maple Leafs by the Vancouver Canucks, decided to put the puck into the net after the whistle.
TK disliked the move so much that he shoved Lafferty and bear-hugged him, resulting in both players receiving a 10-minute misconduct penalty. He decided to troll the NHL by throwing a towel over the camera in the penalty box.
