Evander Kane threw a vicious and dangerous hit from behind to Nazem Kadri. The Oilers forward was handed a five minute major for boarding. To be honest, I don't how Kane wasn't ejected from the game.

Kadri left after the incident and never came back. According to Avalanche head coach Jared Bednar, Kadri is done for at least the rest of this series.
