The Flyers were expected to be massive sellers over the off-season, but at the current moment, Danny Briere has different plans. Philly has only sold off Ivan Promorov and Kevin Hayes, 1/3 of what they were expected to sell.

However, Travis Konecny seems to be a big talking point, and here is the new news on him:
Philadelphia doesn't want to trade Konecny, but everything has a price. Travis is 26 years old and is a winger. Konecny had 31 goals and 30 assists, tallying up to 61 points in 60 games last season.
The only question is: is it a true rebuild if he's still here? Now, you don't want to waste a trade of course. He's 26 and is very good, at least get a first and a high end prospect. But you also have to factor in once the team is good again, he'll be in his 30s and will potentially be dropping off. Also, if you trade him, it will help with your lottery chances.
Briere, if he wants multiple top prospects, will have to be like Kyle Davidson (GM of the Blackhawks) and sell multiple players, even if it's a tough decision.
