Nick Suzuki Gets Some High Praise From Bob Hartley

There isn't many players on the Montreal Canadiens roster that that are untouchable. After finishing 32 in the NHL last-season the Canadiens new General Manager Kent Hughes is trying to rebuild the Organization.

However, one player that has to be close to untouchable is their 23 year-old center Nick Suzuki. Suzuki was the gem in the trade between the Canadiens and Los Vegas Golden knights back in 2018 that sent Habs captain Max Pacoritty to Vegas in return the Canadiens acquired Nick Suzuki, Tomas Tatar, and a 2nd round pick.
Since then Suzuki is becoming that number one star center the Canadiens haven't had since the vincent damphousse era.

Nick Suzuki isn't just getting compliments from Canadiens fans and media he's also getting praise from former NHL coach Bob Hartley also Praised Suzuki.
Bob Hartley was on BPM Sports Friday for his regular column on Martin Lemay's show.
According to Hartley, Nick Suzuki should be the next captain of the Montreal Canadiens. Hartley says the other player who could get the job is Joel Edmundson.
Hartley made a statement that surprised many people when he talked about Suzuki's poise:

"For poise, Suzuki is in the same league as Crosby and Toews."

There's no doubt that Suzuki is the plans to lead the rebuild beginning his new 8 year contract this season that pays him $7,875,000 annually.
