Nolan Patrick to sign a PTO soon?
The possibility of Nolan Patrick signing a PTO may provide him with a shot at reviving his career.
Aside from missing 2022-2023 due to injuries, the 2017 2nd overall pick has not played since October 2021.
Lots of speculation as of late surrounding the possibility of Nolan Patrick receiving a PTO contract with the Edmonton Oilers. This could be a steal of a contract and revitalize Patrick's career.

PTOs, however, are low-risk signings, so Patrick may be able to land a spot on the Oilers' roster if he plays well enough.
Patrick may be able to find a full-time NHL job again if the Oilers and Patrick can find a spot in the lineup that works for both parties. He may live up to his 2017 draft selection.
As a member of the Philadelphia Flyers and Vegas Golden Knights, Patrick has posted 32 goals and 45 assists for 77 points in 222 NHL games.
His only two missed seasons since joining the NHL were in 2019-2020 and 2022-2023.
