Ondrej Palat has found a new home

Ondrej Palat, who was one of the best Tampa Bay Lightning's playoff performers this season (and pretty much the previous playoffs too), wasn't able to reach a deal with the Lightning. Thus, he tested the market, and unsurprisingly, he has found his new home.

Late Wednesday night, it was announced that he signed a 5-year deal worth 6M$ AVV with the New Jersey Devils. The Newark based club was in the Johnny Gaudreau sweepstakes, but they weren't able to reach a deal with the new member of the Blue Jackets.
