Philadelphia Flyers players are serious about getting better
It appears that the organization's new philosophy has manifested into a culture, as several members of the team have chosen to return for training.
Danny Briere, Keith Jones, and John Tortorella aimed to instill a winning culture, and it seems many players have taken this to heart.
Lots of Flyers have returned early even before training camp in September:
Cam York, Tyson Foerster, Egor Zamula, Joel Farabee, Elliot Desnoyers, Morgan Frost, Scott Laughton, Owen Tippett, and Travis Konecny should be shortly as well.

The majority of the younger players, such as Cam York, Egor Zamula, Joel Farabee, Morgan Frost, Elliot Desnoyers, Scott Laughton, and soon Travis Konecny, have decided to participate in the training.
It appears that many members of the team have fully embraced the front-office's message and culture shift, as they aim to perform at their best during the upcoming season.
