There's been plenty of debating over the years over fighting in hockey. While most of us have grown up watching and seeing hockey fights, it's definitely not the old rock'em sock'em days of the old 70's and 80's fights thankfully for players safety.
However, there's been growing support of advocates who want to have fighting completely removed from the sport including in the National Hockey League.
More specifically in minor hockey were they want to game to be played with skill instead of fists. This video here is reason why during a minor hockey game with the score 5-1 two young players would get into a fight even while one is on top of the other they would keep fighting.
While the Linesmen should of broken this one up with the one player pummeling the other on the ice it's shows more of why one day fighting could be removed from our sport completely like it or not.
