After what is expected to be a down year for the Flyers who are in a rebuild. The 2023-24 offseason will see the Philadelphia Flyers having a total of seven restricted free agents (RFAs) that they will have to sign. A mix of current NHLer's and others who could see some time and earn a salary bump during the summer.

With that in mind, let's take a look at which Flyers will be restricted free agents and what they could rake in.
Owen Tippett (25-years-old next summer)

Must read on FlyersInsider

Going from a huge question mark in a trade involving former beloved Flyer, Claude Giroux, to now being a fan favourite. Owen Tippett, has exceeded expectations after a solid first season with a depleted Flyers team. In 77 games last season, Tippett set a career-high across the board, scoring 27, 22 assists and 49 points. Tippett, looks to reclaim that success and earn himself a pay raise that could come during the season or after.
Regarding his next contract, in the past the Flyers haven't been shy about handing out long-term contracts to young players. However, with Danny Briere in office it's less likely. With the orange and black in a rebuild it's unlikely Tippett gets a 6-8 year contract. It really depends on AAV and how Tippett performs in the 2023-24 season.
With this being said, Owen Tippett could be looking at around $25 million over four years ($6.25 million AAV). I wouldn't be surprised if the Flyers could figure out a deal that has around $4.5 million AAV.
Carter Hart (Age 25 next summer)

In this day and age, it is hard to gauge goaltenders and what their next contracts could look like. From season to season it is truly difficult to project a netminders production but with off ice activities aside, Carter Hart could be looking at an interesting contract.
It really depends on the route that the Flyers want to take, either lock him up despite being in a rebuild and use money they don't really have or sign him to a 3-4 year deal and hope he resigns. All though, Carter Hart's stats currently point to a longer-term contract. .907 save percentage (SV%), 2.94 goals against average (GAA).
With how deep the Flyers goalie prospect pool is looking, Carter Hart, could be looking at $34.375 million on a five year deal ($6.875 million AAV).
Wade Allison (26-year-old next summer)

This is another weird one. The Philadelphia Flyers will likely have to decide if Allison is worth keeping around or not and that will be determined on his upcoming season. He hasn't been much more than a bottom six forward for the team. Last season, he recorded nine goals and six assists for 15 points in 60 games. If Allison can make a jump this season then it might be a different story, but in regards of staying with the team he could be looking to sign a one-year, $1.4 million AAV contract.
Bobby Brink (22-years-old next summer)

Bobby Brink definitely has the potential to become a regular in the lineup, it was a surgery in 2022-23 that set him back on what would have likely gave him some middle of the lineup minutes.
Now with other young players and veterans filling lineup spots, it will be harder for Brink to earn a spot, but if he can, the Flyers may throw a couple more bucks his way.
For his next contract, $4.8 million deal over two years ($2.4 million AAV). This is would be high end, but if Brink can earn a main spot he will get every dollar.
