When it comes to the player that causes the most harm to the Philadelphia Flyers, most would point to Sidney Crosby. The Flyers and the Penguins meet each other quite often every year as division rivals, and with the Flyers currently going through a rebuilding phase, players like Crosby feast on the team for points and other accolades.

However, recently, according to Big Head Hockey, another player is emerging as a Flyers killer, and that happens to be Boston Bruins winger David Pastrnak.
Known as "Pasta" across the league, he was relatively quiet at the beginning of his career, and not many noticed him. Drafted by Boston in 2014 as the 25th overall pick in the first round, his first two seasons (2014-2016) were not memorable, with only 25 goals scored in both years combined.
Nevertheless, he has significantly improved since then. In the 2022-2023 season, he played all 82 games for the Bruins, scoring an impressive 61 goals with 52 assists, totalling 113 points, and maintaining a +34 rating. Additionally, he accrued 38 penalty minutes and 37 power-play points.

Over the past three seasons, he has played twelve games against the Flyers, scoring fifteen goals for 24 points, and holding an impressive +14 rating, with a 9-2-1 record.
As the Bruins face organizational changes, with long-time centerman and friend Patrice Bergeron retiring this summer, and numerous players leaving the organization for other teams, it remains to be seen how they will adapt.
