RARE FOOTAGE: Flyers Spark a Huge Brawl Against The Vancouver Canucks in 1997
The Philadelphia Flyers have never been one team to turn down a good brawl. This included the Flyers roster of 1997. The Flyers would roll into Bell Centre to Montreal to play the Canadiens December on 6th 1997.
During the 2nd period complete mayhem would break out between these two teams and both the Habs and Flyers had their heavy hitters out there at the same time and as expected we would see one of the most memorable line brawls in NHL history.
The Flyers had a amazing roster in 97 going all the way to the Stanley Cup final unfortunately coming up short to the Detroit Red wings.
