As with all All-Star weekends, the skills competition is always the one that I enjoy watching. It gives the players a chance to have some fun and do things they normally don't do. One such competition is the dunk tank.
In the end, Rantanen knocked down all five surfboards relatively easily, and then he was able to send Sidney Crosby swimming with his last puck.
In this year's competition, this will be Rantanen's 2nd appearance at the All-Star game and Crosby's 9th time. It's also good to see the NHL becoming more inclusive with their fan base and the All-Star game and giving them different-looking competitions to show off their stars and talent.
