The Flyers have a precise plan in mind for Mike Yeo

Last night, the big news was announced : Mike Yeo will not return behind the Flyers' bench next year. Chuck Fletcher admitted that Yeo wasn't put in an ideal situation.
"I want to start, we dealt Mike a tough hand (...) We'll continue to talk... He's the type of person we'd love to keep in the org," said Fletcher.
Fletcher said that Yeo can talk to other teams. However, they would like to bring him back, whether it is as an assistant coach, player development or front office. There's multiple options for him, but he could be tempted to accept a head coach role if a team propose him the job.
With the Flyers, Yeo posted a 17-36-7 record.
