Alex Kile, an AHL journeyman more or less, has been re-signed to another contract this season.
Across 97 games, he has played for the Laval Rocket, Hartford Wolfpack, Utica Comets, Rochester Americans, and Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the American Hockey League.
In those 97 games, he has accumulated 14 goals for 22 points, after spending most of his pro career in the ECHL before jumping back into the AHL.
Between the Cincinnati Cyclones, Florida Everblades, and Maine Mariners, he played 241 games. In the ECHL, Kile scored 93 goals and 112 assists, as well as scoring 15 points in the post-season.
For now, he appears to have found his place in the Lehigh Valley.
