Recently, he appeared on the Nasty Knuckles Podcast, hosted by former Flyers players Riley Cote and Derek Settlemyre, to discuss his experiences with the team.

However, during the interview, Cote and Settlemyre pulled a prank on Morin. Knowing that he had a strong aversion to snakes, they left a fake snake under the free merchandise they had given him.

When Morin discovered it, he was startled and visibly frightened, which was quite amusing for the hosts.
Despite the prank, Morin continued to talk about his current role in player development after being forced to retire early due to injury. However, the mishaps didn't end there for poor Morin.
As he was leaving, he accidentally hit his head on the basketball hoop, proving that even off the ice, he can't seem to catch a break.
