Obviously, we talked a lot about what the Flyers will do. The subject of the moment is the next head coach, but one thing that is even more important is the changes Chuck Fletcher will make to improve his roster.
He said multiple times that he wanted to add some talent in his forward group and he will have the opportunity to do so. And a player from the Minnesota Wild could interest Fletcher : Kevin Fiala.
Bill Guerin, the Wild GM, has been pretty critical of his forward. He registered 85 points in 82 games during the regular season, but his play during the playoffs wasn't what we were expecting out of him. And Guerin wasn't afraid to say it...

So what could the Wild get for Fiala? A late first round pick and a prospect. The probable comparable trade is the one the Florida Panthers made for Sam Reinhart, where they traded a late first round pick and prospect Devon Levi to the Sabres.
It seems like a pretty reasonable price for a 80+ point player. Fletcher must call Guerin. Fiala is the type of player the Flyers need...
