The Philadelphia Flyers have recently announced changes in their front office staff. Three individuals were promoted, while three others have left the organization.

According to the announcement, Kjell Samuelsson, Mike O'Connell, and John Riley were let go from their positions in the organization. O'Connell held a senior consultant role, while Samuelsson and Riley were player development coaches.
On the other hand, Alyn McCauley received a promotion to Assistant General Manager, while Riley Armstrong was promoted to the director of player development position. Nick Schultz, a veteran of 1069 NHL games, will be assisting Armstrong in his new role.
McCauley, who has been part of the organization since 2022 and played 500 NHL games, previously held the position of director of player personnel. He will now oversee the Flyers' pro scouting development, player personnel, and Lehigh Valley Phantoms hockey operations staff.
