The Pittsburgh Penguins Are Looking To Add Another Star Player

The Pittsburgh Penguins have had a crazy off-season. After bowing out to the New York Rangers blowing a 3-1 series lead many believed that was the end of the Penguins top three of Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, and Kris Letang.

However, the Penguins General Manager Ron Hextall would resign both Kris Letang and Evgeni Malkin last minute keeping the band together in Pittsburgh.
Hextall now has his eye on adding some offence for next season as reported by Pittsburgh Penguins insider Dan Kingerski the Penguins are looking to acquire Tyler Bertuzzi from the Detroit Redwings.
Bertuzzi definitely knows how to score racking up 30 goals and 62 points in 68 game last season, those numbers will likely go up playing with guys either Sidney Crosby or Evgeni Malkin.
Bertuzzi was drafted by the Red Wings back in the 2nd round of the 2013 NHL draft 58th overall. In 276 games with Detroit the 27 year old has 84 goals, and 104 assists.
