Jakob Chychrun has been injured against the Boston Bruins during the Coyotes defeat at the TD Garden on Saturday night. It took place at a very bad moment for the player who was on the verge of getting his offensive form back. In his last 5 games he scored 8 points, took 17 shots, and registered 7 hits.

Coyotes feared that he would be sidelined for 2-4 weeks due to his injury, but it looks like it's not as bad as the Arizona staff anticipated.
Chychrun is on the radar of many NHL franchise looking to bring the young defenseman abroad. Hopefully, his injury won't jeopardize a potential trade. He's been linked to the Los Angeles Kings but the Boston Bruins seems very interested and are still in the race to try and sign the player.
According to Pierre LeBrun, the Bruins have always been interested in acquiring the player and are preparing a multiple pieces offer. With so much interest, maybe the Bruins injured Chychrun on purpose to lower his price tag?
