Despite missing the vast majority of the season due to an injury to his back, Sean Couturier spent some time with journalists yesterday for the last time until the month of September.

One of his declaration seemed to me extremely interesting, as he said that the Cates-Frost-Tippett says a lot about the future of the team...
"The young guys line (49-48-74) was our best line late in the season; 10-15 games. I expect them to be part of our team for many years to come," said Couturier.

Cates was very good in the role he was asked to fill. In 16 games with the team, he registered 9 points. Owen Tippett hasn't been able to put his name regularly on the scoreboard, but his play was very encouraging. He just needs a little bit more of luck. In the case of Frost, he really began to find his strides at the end of the year.
Yeah, the Flyers are not in the playoffs, but the young guys are certainly something the fans should be hopeful next year.
